Terms of delivery: EXW , FCA and DAP (Incoterms 2010)

EKOSTANDART works with many international shipping companies and freight exchanges that carry out delivery by truck.

Incoterms 2010 are international rules recognized by governmental authorities, law firms and businessmen all over the world as definition of terms most widely used in international trade. The scope of Incoterms 2010 (Incoterms 2010) covers the rights and obligations of the parties to sales contract with regard to delivery of goods (terms of delivery).

EXW – price ex warehouse (typically in UAH) or the plant
The seller's responsibility ends upon transfer of the goods to the buyer or to the carrier hired by the buyer at the seller's premises (e.g., plant, factory, warehouse, shop, etc.); the seller is not responsible for loading the goods onto trucks nor for payment of customs duties nor for the customs clearance of exported goods; the buyer bears all costs for the export of goods from the warehouse, its transportation, customs clearance, etc.

FCA – price ex warehouse including customs clearance
Incoterms term which means that the seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier designated by the buyer at a named location. It should be noted that the choice of place of delivery effects the obligations of loading and unloading goods at that location. Where the delivery takes place at the seller's premises, the seller is responsible for loading. Where the delivery occurs at any other place, the seller bears no responsibility for shipping the goods.

DAP – price for goods including customs clearance and delivery of cargo
Terms of delivery DAP Incoterms 2010 - «Delivered At Point») means that the seller fulfils his delivery-related obligation when he provides the goods released in export customs regime and ready to be unloaded from a vehicle, that arrives at the specified destination. Terms of delivery DAP require the seller to bear the costs and risks related to transportation of the goods to the destination, including (where applicable) any fees for export from the country of destination.
